Our group is located 60 miles away from Rockford IL. Will you pick us up at our location?
Yes, Adventures with Jill will pick up at no additional charge within a 30 miles radius of Mulford Rd and E. State St in Rockford IL. Any additional miles for a pick up location will be deducted from the 250 mile allotment for each trip.

It will be the responsibility of the traveling group outside of the 30 mile radius to arrange a pick up and drop off spot for their group.

What about overnights? A weekend trip?
Yes, overnights are a possibility. Guests would stay in other living quarters (at their own expense) with the motorhome parked conveniently nearby. It would be available for the same 12 hours for the first day and 10 hours for each day afterward (see pricing).

Can we travel anywhere? Are there any restrictions?
Adventures with Jill is restricted to a radius of 300 air miles from its home base in Winnebago IL. This includes Minneapolis, St Louis, Des Moines, Indianapolis, Chicago, and some of the western shores of Michigan.

The driver is limited to 10 hours of driving each day (U S DOT Reg. 49) with at least 8 hours of rest in between.

Who provides the food? Can we bring our own food?
Either way will work. Adventures with Jill can provide menus from local caterers and arrange delivery (at the guests' expense). Or, the guests can provide their own food with full use of the three-burner stove and microwave/convection oven for last minute prep. The four-door refrigerator provides plenty of room for cold storage.

What about alcoholic beverages?
Guests may bring alcoholic refreshment onto the motorhome. It may be consumed while the vehicle is in motion, but must not come forward of the driver's back seat.

Adventures with Jill LLC is not licensed to provide alcoholic beverages; ice and drink cups are available.

The maximum security deposit (see pricing) may be assessed for trips with alcoholic consumption.

What is the maximum number of people who can travel in the motorhome?
There is VERY comfortable seating for eight; two more can comfortably fit on the couches; two additional on folding chairs. 14 is the MAXIMUM number of people allowed by the US DOT.

Is the motorhome handicap accessible?
Adventures with Jill LLC will do its best to accommodate people with disabilities or special needs, but there are no special accommodations. There are five steps to get in and out of the vehicle.
